Regular Membership

Regular Membership is open to any natural person who possesses the qualifications and has submitted all requirements to the satisfaction of the Board of Directors, to wit:

  1. Of legal age and of good moral character.
  2. Duly and completely accomplished application form. Download the application form here.
  3. Four (4) copies of 2×2 colored pictures of applicant and his/her qualified dependents with their names and birthdates indicated at the back of their respective pictures.
  4. Certified true copy of Marriage Certificate (if applicable)/Marriage Nullity/Dissolution.
  5. Latest Income Tax Return.
  6. Copies of two (2) government issued identification cards.
  7. Birth Certificate of applicant and his/her qualified dependents.
  8. Specimen signatures of applicant and qualified dependents.
  9. Proof of Proprietary Membership through a copy of the Proprietary Membership Certificate duly signed by the applicant as authentic or a certification from the Corporate Secretary of the Club that all documents for transfer have been completed.
  10. Cashier’s Check or Manager’s Check payable to the Club covering full payment of entrance fee amounting to Php 300,000.00.
  11. Nomination forms duly accomplished and signed by a Proposer and a Seconder who must either be a Regular Member or Honorary Life Member of the Club in good standing for at least two (2) years. Incumbent members of the Board and Officers of the Club may not act as a Proposer or Seconder.
  12. Letter of resignation and surrender of membership cards of resigning member and his/her dependents from whom the Proprietary Membership was acquired and Certification from the Club Comptroller that the resigning member’s account from whom the Proprietary Membership was acquired has been fully paid and settled.

Company Membership

Company Membership is open to any corporation or partnership duly organized and existing under Philippine Laws, or to any foreign corporation or entity registered and licensed to do business or with representative or branch office in the Philippines.

  1. Of legal age and of good moral character
  2. Duly and completely accomplished application form. Download the application form here.
  3. Four (4) copies of 2×2 colored pictures of applicant and his/her qualified dependents with their names and birthdates indicated at the back of their respective pictures.
  4. Certified true copy of Marriage Certificate (if applicable)/Marriage Nullity/Dissolution.
  5. Latest Income Tax Return.
  6. Copies of two (2) government issued identification cards.
  7. Birth Certificate of applicant and his/her qualified dependents.
  8. Specimen signatures of applicant and qualified dependents.
  9. Proof of Proprietary Membership through a copy of the Proprietary Membership Certificate duly signed by the applicant as authentic or a certification from the Corporate Secretary of the Club that all documents for transfer have been completed.
  10. Cashier’s Check or Manager’s Check payable to the Club covering full payment of entrance fee amounting to Php 500,000.00.
  11. Nomination forms duly accomplished and signed by a Proposer and a Seconder who must either be a Regular Member or Honorary Life Member of the Club in good standing for at least two (2) years. Incumbent members of the Board and Officers of the Club may not act as a Proposer or Seconder.
  12. Letter of resignation and surrender of membership cards of resigning member and his/her dependents from whom the Proprietary Membership was acquired and Certification from the Club Comptroller that the resigning member’s account from whom the Proprietary Membership was acquired has been fully paid and settled.
  13. Proof of legal incorporation and/or registration in the Philippines, together. with a copy of the Articles of Incorporation, By-laws and General Information Sheet for the current year. The Company should have been registered with SEC for a minimum of three (3) years.
  14. Board Resolution or Corporate Secretary’s Certification naming the Company Officer authorized to sign the application and to bind the company-applicant in all matters relating to its membership in the Club.
  15. Board Resolution or Corporate Secretary’s Certification naming the designated assignee and indicating his/her position.
  16. Audited Financial Statement of the company for the past three (3) years.

Change in Company Participating Membership

  1. Of legal age and of good moral character.
  2. Duly and completely accomplished application form. Download the application form here.
  3. Four (4) copies of 2×2 colored pictures of applicant and his/her qualified dependents with their names and birthdates indicated at the back of their respective pictures.
  4. Certified true copy of Marriage Certificate (if applicable)/Marriage Nullity/Dissolution.
  5. Latest Income Tax Return.
  6. Copies of two (2) government issued identification cards.
  7. Birth Certificate of applicant and his/her qualified dependents.
  8. Specimen signatures of applicant and qualified dependents.
  9. Copies of two (2) government issued.
  10. Cashier’s Check or Manager’s Check payable to the Club covering full payment of entrance fee amounting to Php 100,000.00.
  11. Nomination forms duly accomplished and signed by a Proposer and a Seconder who must either be a Regular Member or Honorary Life Member of the Club in good standing for at least two (2) years. Incumbent members of the Board and Officers of the Club may not act as a Proposer or Seconder.
  12. Board Resolution or Corporate Secretary’s Certification stating the name of the nominee being replaced and naming the replacement and indicating his/her position.
  13. Latest General Information Sheet of the Company.

Additional Corporate Representative Membership

Additional Corporate Representative Membership allows the Company Member to increase its Corporate Representatives or participating members to a maximum of five (5) upon payment of the entrance fee(s) prescribed by the Board. Applicants must show that they are connected with the company for at least three (3) years.

  3. Four (4) copies of 2×2 colored pictures of applicant and his/her qualified dependents with their names and birthdates indicated at the back of their respective pictures.
  4. Certified true copy of Marriage Certificate (if applicable)/Marriage Nullity/Dissolution.
  5. Latest Income Tax Return.
  6. Copies of two (2) government issued identification cards.
  7. Birth Certificate of applicant and his/her qualified dependents.
  8. Specimen signatures of applicant and qualified dependents.
  9. Cashier’s Check or Manager’s Check payable to the Club covering full payment of entrance fee amounting to Php 300,000.00.
  10. Nomination forms duly accomplished and signed by a Proposer and a Seconder who must either be a Regular Member or Honorary Life Member of the Club in good standing for at least two (2) years. Incumbent members of the Board and Officers of the Club may not act as a Proposer or Seconder.
  11. Board Resolution or Corporate Secretary’s Certification naming the additional company representative and indicating his/her position.
  12. The additional nominee should be connected with the Company for at least three (3) years.
  13. Latest General Information Sheet of the Company.

Local Resident Membership

Local Resident Membership is exclusively for Filipino Citizens who are bona fide residents of Baguio City of Benguet for the past five (5) years, of legal age, of good moral character, and who will meet the following application requirements, as follows:

  1. Two (2) copies of duly and completely accomplished Local Resident Membership Application Form. Download the application form here.
  2. Birth Certificate of applicant and his qualified dependents as certified by the Philippines Statistics Authority.
  3. Four (4) copies of 2 x 2 colored pictures of applicant and his qualified dependents with their names and birthdates indicated at the back of their respective picture.
  4. Certified true copy of Marriage Certificate (if applicable), Marriage Nullity or Dissolution.
  5. Copies of two (2) government issued identification cards.
  6. Nomination Forms duly accomplished and signed by a Proposer and a Seconder who must either be a Preferred Individual Proprietary Member or an Honorary Life Member of the Club in good standing for at least two (2) years.
  7. Continuous permanent and uninterrupted residency in Baguio City and/or Benguet for the past five (5) years as attested by the Barangay Chairman of the place where the applicant resides.
  8. Ownership of real property or a leasehold on real property in Baguio City and/or Benguet and the applicant’s certification that he is actually residing at said property as shown by the copy of a title or lease contract.
  9. Payment of income taxes in Baguio City and/or Benguet as evidenced by the income tax returns for the last three (3) years filed in Baguio City and/or Benguet or a certificate showing exemption there from.
  10. Good moral character as shown by the certification of five (5) members in good standing of the Club that the applicant is of good moral character and is a respected member of the community.
  11. Payment of Reservation Fee of Php 150,000.00 (by cash or Manager’s Check payable to Baguio Country Club). Balance of Php 1.350 Million will be paid upon election to membership.
