How can I log in to the app for the first time?

To log in for the first time follow the following:

Step 1: Enter your Membership Number and proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Await the OTP sent to your contact number or email address.

Step 3: Enter the OTP received and click verify to proceed.

Step 4: Read Terms and Conditions and Accept.

Step 5: Enter your new permanent password.

Step 6: Re-enter your password then click SIGN IN.

How is my data protected in the app?

Protecting members' information is our utmost priority. We have implemented the following security features to keep your information safe:

  • Single Sign-in Device
  • Regular reminders to change your password

What are the benefits of using this app?

Using the app, you will stay updated on all Club activities, promotions, announcements, your monthly Statement of Account, Complimentary Room Night (CRN) Transactions, and more. Additionally, we provide weather and road updates to help you easily plan your vacations.

How can I recover my account if I forget my password?

If you forget your password follow the following steps:

  1. Enter Membership Number.
  2. Click Forgot Password.
  3. An OTP code will be sent to your registered contact number or email address.
  4. Enter your OTP received, then click submit.
  5. Try your new password by entering your membership number and your new password.

Is there a support or help center within the app for the member inquiries?

The app features a chat function allowing members to send inquiries and messages.

How do I update my membership details or profile information within the app?

Members can update their profile picture and vaccination card. To do so, go to the profile tab and select the “edit profile” option. For other information updates, please coordinate with the MRO.

NOTE: Please be aware that any image uploaded to change or update your profile picture will require MRO approval before it becomes visible on your profile.

Can I access records or documents related to my membership within the app?

Yes, members can view the following records:

  • Remaining CRN and usage history
  • Statements of Account (SOA)
  • Information about dependents
  • Registered vehicles
  • Sponsored Guest history

Should I know through the app any Club-related events, promos, and announcements?


How can I make a reservation for SEAR facilities?

To make a reservation, follow the instructions below:

  1. To make a reservation, navigate to the home page and select the “Recreations” option.
  2. Choose the facility you wish to reserve, and a reservation button will appear. If you don't see a reservation button, the facility doesn't have scheduling available.
  3. Select the Date; please note that you can select a date up to three days from today.
  4. Choose a time slot; select up to two-time places per activity.
  5. Confirm your reservation. If you plan to have guests, go to the “SEAR Reservations” tab, select the created reservation, and add your guests.

Is a digital membership card available in the app for easy verification?

We have provided a QR code to display in case your physical membership card is unavailable.
